decided to add a translation of the lazer gameplay differences here, because in another pr i messed up something with the commits and had to remove it (yes i cant use git properly)
now, notelock is ready, but the ru translation for lazer diff doesn't pass the continuous integration check for some reason

In Client/Release stream/Lazer/Gameplay differences in osu!(lazer), you need to properly link to the section #feature-comparison of Help centre/Upgrading to lazer, so if I'm not mistaken, in this case it is #сравнение-возможностей

That aside, I think it's better to add the translation of "gameplay differences" in a separate PR.
