Add category to .shed.yml

Change citations from bibtex to doi

Add some help description to tesseract.xml

Uhm ORCID as identifier this is cool, is this rendering correctly?

I guess the model is just to small?

Fix for the linting error is here: galaxyproject/planemo#1539 We can ignore it for now.
