Updates People/Tournament_Committee with:

  • New application URL
  • Desired qualities in new members
  • Linked some unlinked text
  • Rewrite & update of public communication section which more accurately reflects how we use various platforms
  • Clarified that we can draft emails without sending them
  • Add new FAQ question for immediate help
  • Update existing FAQ to match new updates
  • Adds a new history section on the bottom which covers the history of voting methods used by the committees
