| Das Turnierkomitee hält regelmäßig Abstimmungen bei wichtigen Entscheidungen ab. Die typischen Situationen werden unten aufgelistet, aber das sind nicht alle. Abhängig vom Thema sind die Wahlvorschriften anders. Alle üblichen Wahlen setzen eine "strikte Teilnahme" voraus, bei der die Wahl um 24 Stunden verlängert wird, wenn 75 % des Turnierkomitees nicht bis zum Abgabetermin an der Wahl teilgenommen hat. Des Weiteren benötigen alle Abstimmungen eine absolute Mehrheit von mindestens 50 %, damit die Entscheidung als angenommen gilt. Beschlussfähig refers to the required number of people for a vote, so that the vote counts as valid. This paragraph here seems to reference the required majority and not how many members need to be present. So the way I translated it now probably fits better.
