The Entry Questionnaire is only required for post-publication replications

Once you've read the article and the materials, and formed an opinion, fill out the Entry Questionnaire.

• The link to the Entry Questionnaire will vary by project (pre or post-publication, or training), and will be communicated to you separately.
• Checkout frequent questions regarding the questionnaires

NOTE: Going forward, we would likely use the Social Science Replication Platform, which we contributed versions of the Questionnaire too in the early development.
