This page lists bugs and issues that the web team is troubleshooting in addition to requests for new features. When we make updates to the site, they will be reflected in the lists below. Additionally, communication will be sent out to VCUarts website editors on the web editors LISTSERV.

• Upgraded to WordPress 5.6
• Updated COVID-19 info bar
• Display of department on faculty and staff profile view
• Resolved issue with event categories not being displayed on event submission form

Outstanding Bugs/Issues

• Extending public post preview beyond 48 hours
• Preview function not working properly on "directory" content type
• Working on enhancements to secondary navigation menu
• "share" button appearing on news/events without social media links

Feature Requests

• Include Vimeo as option in "media gallery" block
• Ambient video embed in hero slider on pattern page and department content types
• Manual order of departments listed on main program finder
• Fixing formatting of password reset emails
• Removing unused (unstyled) blocks from Gutenberg editor
• Integration with new university-wide search appliance
• Integration with CAS/SSO
• Adding additional colors for H1,H2, etc.
• Style fixes to caption box on gallery block
• Style fixes to publications page
• Setting timed updates to pages to publish in the future
