This is a more general tutorial for submissions to ENA, compared to the one on pathogens.se.

The text will need a thorough review, both on content (by anyone) but also looking for typos (by at least me). Since the text is quite long, I think it will be beneficial to divide it into e.g. tabs, hence the draft status.

I've fixed the typos I could find, also added cross references and resources, and made it visible on home page with a 'New' badge. I removed FAIR principles for now, but we need to check which topic is the least visited.

I will rearrange so that subheadings appear in expandable buttons, in order to reduce scrolling. This option was chosen above the alternative of putting them in tabs, mainly because this way is is possible to see several subheadings (i.e. multiple subheadings can be expanded at the same time).

I've done a readthrough twice, and a DS colleague has also reviewed, thus I think this PR is ready for general review (layout, functionality, etc) by editorial group

I reviewed the content on GitHub (not the rendered HTML pages). Everything looks very good overall!
You might consider adding a short note about the context of the submission example, e.g. that it comes from the ERGA project.
I've added some inline comments as well.

@YvonneKallberg - Questions:

  1. Should the documents action.xml and metadata.xml mentioned in the text be downloadable?
  2. Should the documents submission.xml, Alectoris-graeca-study.xml , Alectoris-graeca-experiments.xml, Alectoris-graeca-runs.xml, submission-umbrella.xml and umbrella.xml be downloaded instead of opened in as a page when clicking on it?
  3. Did we find a way to make the copy-code button to function?
  4. Should we add a copy-code button to point 5 under "Register studies"?

  2. Should we add a copy-code button to point 5 under "Register studies"?

Answer to 3 is yes (it is implemented in several places) and answer to 4 is a question mark (point 4, the curl command, has a copy button, point 5 is a receipt and makes no sense to copy).
