Create a tutorial for ENA submission #572
Description
Create a more generic guide/tutorial based on https://www.pathogens.se/support_services/tutorial_ena/tutorial_ena_intro/ (which is focused on SARS-CoV-2 submission).
Background
When NBIS DM team had a 'submission week' effort, we tried to find good examples on ENA submission (written tutorials, videos, etc) but found very little. Thus, the suggestion is to base it on the tutorial on pathogens portal but make it more generic. We should also add links to the SOPs in NBIS data-submission-documentation repository, which e.g. gives suggestions on how to fill in the different metadata fields.
Purpose
Offload the need for data stewards in the submission process by giving easy-to follow instructions for common submission tasks, and instead let us focus on the more tricky submissions.
