Update controllers

This PR brings a massive upgrade to the controllers (or actually the full project):

• solves Update controllers #81
• uses a new system based on namespace workers to maximize concurrency
• each namespace worker is now using SeReGo to perform operations
• A lot of code has been removed (most is implemented in SeReGo, so no need for that anymore)
• solve Cloud Map tags are not being removed properly #71 through SeReGo
• solves Make packages stable #30
• partly solves cloudmap: resolve hostnames before registering #139
