This adds just the changes required for MAV_BOOL:

  • Replacing minValue="0" maxValue="1" increment="1" with enum="MAV_BOOL"
  • Updating descriptions to refer to MAV_BOOL

It differs from #409 in that it does not add meaning to any params that have meaning upstream but not here. I.e. it is minimal

This is built on the changes in #410 - so can merge after that. If you merge this you get both.
