This PR adds the following:

  • CDE can be built either from the git (new) or an existing release tarball. This is controlled by the _githash macro in the cde.spec file.
  • Since help generation failed in release 2.3.2 this PR sets the version to a commit in the master from April 2021 which fixes this and a couple of other problems.
  • A minor dependency problem for fc34 was fixed in the cde.spec file.

Fix for Fedora fc34:
a76606e 
- 'xorg-x11-utils' (which is a cde dependency) is obsoleted in fc34
- instead there are several packages that can be installed

Build CDE from git rather than the (old) last release.
