Add another parameter for deserializer, allowing to customize the limit on the length of sequences such as byte arrays and strings.

Make sequence length limit customizable similarly to the container depth limit.
As the freestanding function API to support all possible combination of parameters and deserialization inputs would become too busy, also add
Builderenabling configuration in a builder pattern, exposed in thedemodule.
