Add comboom.sucht (Nordic) Theme

This is the Theme That I use and created for my VS Code Setup. I would like to use this in my new Zed Setup.

Please update your extension id in your repo, extension id extensions.toml here and rename your submodule so it doesn't start with zed-. Feel free to close this and open a clean PR if that's easier.

it was renamed in fff755f from zed-comboom-sucht-nordic to comboom-sucht-nordic-zed
