This commit allows the user to query information about the server or a node belonging to the server as per XEP-0030.

This PR conflicts, e.g. due to my rework to get rid of fixed IDs (e.g. unsub1). Maybe check with a recent version of go-xmpp if those changes are still necessary and if so, rebase them on the current master. |

This is mainly a test if I can make a PR from a repo I am a collaborator in, but those changes seem to not conflict with the main branch and are probably worth reviewing.
