docs, README.md: update README, badges, versions and add blueprint for render

  • Updates the list of supported Python versions
  • Updates the intro in the README
  • Updates the badges in the README and the main docs page
  • Adds the missing six dependency to docs/requirements.txt
  • Adds a blueprint for rendering the docs and an action to deploy them when the repo is set up.
