This changeset consists primarily of allowing a project to specify its own Config class, using etgtools.setConfig and then etgtools.getConfig to access, and making some of the wx-specific pieces configurable or ignorable.
I have not yet tested these changes with wxPython proper, but I did try not to affect current behavior in any way where possible. Would appreciate any advice or suggestions on the approach and how things could be improved!
