This PR enables mousewheel zooming in PlotCanvas. It is enabled always since the mousewheel is not used for any other function. While zooming in or out, the plot stays centered at the mouse position. Holding SHIFT/CTRL while zooming restricts the zoom to either x- or y-axis.
