Summary

add executed Jupyter notebook that downloads Mycoplasma genitalium G37 genome and SRR28800590 reads
generate ~10kb contigs, map reads, and run CoverM's gc-bias correction
evaluate mean adjusted coverage on first- vs second-half contigs
