Greetings SystemCore Alpha Testers,

It sounds like almost all of you have “ordered” your devices from Limelight. The vast majority of those have shipped, with some being delivered already.

Limelight and other contributors have updated the ReadMe on the testing Github with some getting started information. An initial release of WPILib (C++\Java) is linked there, as well as a compatible CTR release including CANivore support. We anticipate REV and some other vendors will have software available soon as well. A WPILib Python release is unfortunately not available yet and it may be a couple weeks, we will see what we can do to get this sooner.

Now that we’re getting started, we’ll try to keep most of the communication to the GitHub so that interested members of the community can follow along. Keep an eye on the ReadMe and the Announcements section in the Discussions for updates.

We’re really excited for you all to get started with SystemCore and to start getting your feedback!
