This feature describes several things:
interestforglobal attribute (spec PR)interest-delay,interest-delay-start, andinterest-delay-endCSS properties (spec):interest-sourceand:interest-targetCSS pseudo elements (spec)This is not yet a shipped feature in any browser, but work is underway in Chromium, and we are hoping to be able to ship this feature soon. I'm fine waiting to land this until it has shipped in a browser, but I wanted to get the PR set up early to work out any issues. I'm not at all sure I've created the new yaml file correctly, so please let me know what needs to be fixed.
