Adds functionality to schedule `borg compact` operations to run on a specific day of the week. This helps in maintaining the repository's efficiency and reducing storage space. Closes voxpupuli#218

Adds support for compacting the pruned borg repo on certain day of week.
This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues
Closes #218
Note: We tested this on our prod system, it seems to work well, however, when first settings it up, it tends to take a while, so having it disabled is the correct default imho.
