• BREAKING CHANGE: When initializing a Session() object, arguments are no longer allowed to be positional.
• BREAKING CHANGE: Remove suppoort for python 3.9.
• Add support python 3.14.
• Add automatic sorting of functions and methods.
• Update all dev dependencies.

Cherry pick commit from other PR to get checks passing (only touches test and workflow code, no module code)
