fix: typescript support in setup scripts

This PR adds TypeScript support and improves TypeScript parsing in the Storybook Vue integration.

Key changes:

• Enhanced the transform logic in src/core/transform.ts and related tests (transform.spec.ts) to correctly transpile and handle TypeScript inside <script lang="ts"> blocks.
• Added a new Story file typescript-parsing.stories.vue showcasing TypeScript usage with Vue components.
• Updated package.json to add typescript as an optional peer dependency and adjust devDependencies accordingly.
• Minor dependency updates and cleanup in pnpm-lock.yaml.
