gomi: add page

• The page description(s) have links to documentation or a homepage.
• The page(s) follow the content guidelines.
• The page(s) follow the style guide.
• The PR title conforms to the recommended templates.

For the time being, gomi does not have a man page, thus, instead of manned, I decided to link the github repository.

I also believe since there is no actual man page, the tldr command should be a must for this program. There is a website but hardly contains any help with the command.
