I changed the method of installing WireGuard on the Windows client script to use Chocolatey rather than downloading a specific installation file. This should pull the latest version of WireGuard that's available through Chocolatey.
Aliases were subbed in for the commands they point to and the script was modified for general uniformity, but these were all just for readability / style.
