Summary

preload images with fetchPriority controls
minify production build and target modern browsers
lazy-load avatars and thumbnails
export LazyImage from package
prioritize hero page icon for faster LCP
add unit tests covering LazyImage and PageIcon

Testing

pnpm lint

pnpm test (fails: fetch failed)
