These commits try to mitigate issue #64
Deprecation warnings will stay there for Python 3.13 and 3.14, but can be ignored as the CGI server will be disabled in Python 3.15+.
Also fixed an issue on Windows where tests failed due to a 2 seconds delay on client connection by resolving the hostname manually. This solution was found on grpc/grpc#23072
