This example is going to demonstrate how to use pgwire + tokio_postgres as a proxy of postgresql. I just implemented
simple_querysubprotocol for referencing. For a complete proxy solution, we will need to add some client side support for pgwire to drop tokio_postgres in proxy scenario.
