cross-platform environment variables. the `electron-dev` script didn't run on windows

resolves the "randomness" of the `open {filename}` command line syntax discussed in stuffmatic#11

solution came from this thread on the topic.
electron/electron#7779
creating room to expand them as needed, this is just a conversion.

because of how the library works, this does change the syntax from `fSpy open <file>` to `fSpy --open <file>`
lets you set the "working directory" of the fSpy session when launching from the command line. acts as an override for the default path of any open/save dialogs
More helpful help message now that there's an increasing number of ways to use fSpy from the command line. Displays various use cases, vaguely following the docopt style.
now normalizes filepath, supports forwards and backwards slashes being passed on the command line
