This stack works perfectly for me.
It contains the necessary configuration for mongodb. It fixes up some problems I was having (I had to use alpine:latest in gittower otherwise the docker-compose would not run correctly), also added "" to the cron job because that, too, was giving me a problem.
I added .env to the .gitignore, and moved the contents to .env.defaults, and expanded on them. Added local.conf to .gitignore, as well, so that if someone makes a copy of nginx.conf to run locally, they can without committed to the repo.
