Loved that! It would be awesome to use Chalk to add some color to the outputs. It makes everything juicier and way easier to read in the CLI. For example, you could highlight conflicts in red, show the latest resolved values in green, display parent entries in gray—and so on. It adds a lot of clarity at a glance.
