Hi Mikela,

The description of the change is not accurate, and the changes only apply for OpenShift Console 4.20 and up.

I would suggest you add new instructions, and then preface the old instructions by saying they are for OCP 4.19 and earlier.

For the new instructions, there is no longer a "cluster switcher" and there is no longer a "local-cluster" option. There is a good description in the OCP 4.20 release notes:
https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.20/html/release_notes/ocp-4-20-release-notes

Before this update, the cluster switcher allowed users to access Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM) by choosing the All Clusters option. With this release, the RHACM is accessed from the perspective selector by choosing the Fleet Management perspective. (OCPBUGS-55946)

So we should be talking about the perspective selector rather than the cluster switcher, and to use OCP, you would choose the Administrator perspective.

{ocp-short} console plug-ins are available with the {ocp-short} web console and can be integrated. To use this feature, the console plug-ins must remain enabled. The {mce-short} displays certain console features from *Infrastructure* and *Credentials* navigation items. If you install {acm-short}, you see more console capability.

*Note:* With the plug-ins enabled, you can access {acm-short} within the {ocp-short} console from the cluster switcher by selecting *All Clusters* from the drop-down menu.

If the cluster switcher is not present, the required console plug-ins might not be enabled. For new installations, the console plug-ins are enabled by default. If you upgraded from a previous version of {acm-short} and want to enable the plug-ins, or if you want to disable the plug-ins, complete the following steps:

@KevinFCormier How should this be rewritten considering "cluster switcher" is not the correct reference?
