Use source_parser type for logging source parser issues

Purpose

To allow filtering of warnings related to source code parsing by the c and cpp domains, I would like to add the source_parser logging type.

Please also update the list of warning types in the docs.

Do we consistently use this warning type for the other languages?

Hi @AA-Turner, I have adapted the docs.

I have newly introduced this warning type here, so the only usage is in the c- and cpp-parsers.
I'm also not aware of any other code-parsers we could use this warning type with?
