This currently outlines the folder structure for all the medcode beyond the first file.

The first pass of this is note transcription - mostly the "what this is for and how it logically works" areas. Afterward each area needs a polishing pass (which thankfully is work others can help with). See @Partmedia 's comment about wanting information about how to actually calculate how much gas, reagent or whatnot a system actually would use or need to do various things.

Bit more work done, I've got the template in for all the files.

If folks want to help out please do, this is very dull work

It is. I think it would be easier if you go bit by bit. Do you want me to merge what you have now?

Let me get home and I'll break out the finished files and merge them. This is the standing draft for my WIP and I'd end up just opening this branch again immediately

I need some feedback on format and clarity first - and a sweep on technical correctness as I may have misunderstood something - so I'll post on Discord now for help
