Fix SEO indexing for CRE SDK language pages
Problem:
-tsand-gopages correctly because they were following the redirect page and treating one language as the canonical version of the other/overview-go) would redirect users to their preferred language, breaking the shared link experience.Solution:
noindexmeta tag to redirect pages so Google ignores them and indexes-tsand-gopages independently.
