This refactor removes the dependency on
process.envfor bothgetProviderRpcUrlandgetPrivateKey. Additionally, this refactor enhances the tasks for obtaining the Signer by usinghre.ethers.getSigners()and the Provider by usinghre.ethers.provider. As a result, it is now necessary to pass the--network <blockchain>flag when calling these tasks. I have also updated the documentation to inform users about this new command.
