add event triggers for log, warn, and exception messages
Add description and importance fields to be used by the auto documentation tool.
Extension namespaces are added to the extension registry when registerExtensions.exhibit events are triggered. The extension registry allows Exhibit to keep track of all loaded extensions. Extension specifications keep track of all included views and facets, their dependencies, and an HTML snippet for extension-specific documentation.
