v1.0 Traffic Simulation is used as a program that intelligently learns to adapt to a traffic-light scenario. The program tries to intelligently determine the most effective way to reduce the wait-times for all vehicles in scenario. Future versions are planned to include multiple lights, left turns, phantom traffic jams, and traffic pattern recognition and implementation.
