Framework surrounding

it should have a common database for the community and it should be a wiki. it should have cooking recipes of preparing the code. or prepared code revisions like in node npm. it should integrate straight to repositories.

it should have a hot plate tool (web based - starts a server) that downloads packages and creates a main app file with all the includes if checked in checkbox to do so. also it could register or create integration to nginx and haproxy and create upstart files. so it should have plugins for system management.
