i think this info about what it is should be somewhere else in the docs, getting started should just be how to do basic stuff

Getting Startedpart of the doc.To bootstrap the project, I chose to use react-hot-boilerplate.
I really think shasta would benefit greatly from a CLI to make this easier 😄
Also, the router is not yet covered. Do you think we should add this here?
