The purpose of the evidence locker is to store illegal content uploaded by users, so that it can be given to law enforcement. The contents of the evidence locker is not available for anyone to look at, except for law enforcement. Only serious offenses go here, such as Child Pornography, Murder videos, Rape footage, and other bad stuff at this level or higher.
