When no build configuration (.bc file) is specified on the command line with the —bconf or -b option, Contexo uses the default build configuration as specified by the CTX_DEFAULT_BCONF option in the local configuration file USERPROFILE/.contexo/contexo.cfg.

The default configuration after installing Contexo is usually msvc8_win32_uc_udeb.bc
