FYI this is not yet needed anywhere (I thought it would be in Marburg but apparently not) so I will keep this open |

Have not tested this whatsoever and I am not sure I will as I have not really found a setup for Smart on fhir Server.
This should not break anything so I think we should just merge it and try it out.
