Hi,
reading this article concerning conversion I looked for a Grunt task to do the job and found yours.
Since I'm working with JavaScript (and JsDoc) in a Django project (with Sphinx) I need to convert JsDoc's markdown to Sphinx' rST.
Hence this PR :)
