This PR adds the
preserves-definednessattributes to the applicable function rules and simplifications indomains.md, taking the meaning ofpreserves-definednessto be: if LHS is defined, then RHS is defined.This is required so that the Booster is able to apply these rules, which is essential given the recent move to handling branching in Booster.
