This PR would address a documentation issue that I ran into, making it a lot clearer what to do for code formatting in Lit
My earlier issue: #393
(I spent a good hour or two today trying to get code formatting to work with VSCode plugins -- when it turns out I just needed to set up Prettier for these files!)
