Addresses #2.

  • Adds support for the memmap2 library.
  • Adds unit testing for correctness
  • Properly separates out the std implementations for the StableBytes and StableBytesMut interface.

Yes. There was a recent PR that broke this one, just have to make those changes and then we can merge.
