The current method of context injection is unstable, because it relies on internal state of hapi's request cycle, the former of which is not a documented, public API, and hence should not be relied upon.
This patch purposes an alternative implementation that achieves the same effect by using the
contextargument tovisionplugin.As a consequence, the
flashplugin has been merged into the newviewsplugin.
