There is an overview of our project and tasks that we should resolve.
We decided to collaborate on developing via Use Cases. We have MVP and we have Use Cases for this MVP. Every Use Case can be divided into several features. Every developer define what feature he would like to take or can define certain feature for Use Case. In order to not repeat each other we write the name after its feature. When a feature done you need to mark it as strikethrough.
Discussions under several features are welcomed. Please use new reply via "ctrl+enter".
This approach assumes that every developer is a product/project manager in one face. Every developer should be proactive this way because
