Create basic tests

I have an update on the tests, also about the gitignore file.

Problem

There are no tests to test the validity of the results, and there is no gitignore file.

Solution

Create a class HandelResultQwenTest that tests the validity of the results of the responses from the API.

Features

1. I was created a real test that tests the responses coming from the API and makes sure they are valid.
2. Makes sure that everything is working properly.

Usage

All you have to do is enter the class HandelResultQwenTest, then you can add the API key in setUp() function and run the test and see the results.
